Most people visit to use our trip planner, and more and more are registering for the Notify Me feature that provides them arrival times for their favorite stops and times, each and every day. Did you know you can also purchase your bus passes here? And even apply for a job?
Making things easier and more convenient for our customers, and delivering the highest levels of service, are at the core of our mission. That’s why we are so excited about the construction of our new downtown Transit Center, scheduled to open in 2015. It brings our 20,000 daily downtown customers off of busy streets and into an enclosed, climate-controlled space filled with a number of amenities. And, we’re revamping our routes to make them more timely and convenient for our customers. That means changing where we go based on where you want to go.
Recognized as one of the best-run transit systems in the nation, we are proud to serve our customers who count on us for 18 million rides across the Finger Lakes region—a number that continues to grow between 3-4% yearly. Thank you for being our customer.
