Access to and Correction of Personal Information Collected Through this Website
Any user may submit a request to RGRTA to determine whether personal information pertaining to that user has been collected through this website. Any such request shall be made in writing to the address below and must be accompanied by reasonable proof of identity of the user. Reasonable proof of identity may include verification of a signature, inclusion of an identifier generally known only to the user, or similar appropriate identification.

The Information We Collect
Location Services - Some of our services require your location information in order for the feature to work, and therefore make use of location-based data. When you use one of our location-based services, we may collect and process information about your actual location, not to identify you.
Log Information – When you use the RTS Mobile Application, we may collect and store certain non-personal information in server logs including but not limited to device information, date and time stamps, and activity such as nearest bus stop locator requests, where’s my bus requests, plan my trip information, and location information.
Use of the Collected Information
We may use information collected through the RTS Mobile Application in a number of ways, including:
- To furnish you with services or information you have requested, or for other purposes disclosed when you submit your information using the RTS Mobile Application;
- To improve the content and functionality of the RTS Mobile Application;
- To assess the performance of the RTS Mobile Application and provide technical support;
- To assist us in marketing and advertising our services; and
- To prevent and detect fraud and other misuse of the RTS Mobile Application.
Protecting Your Information
RGRTA will maintain appropriate safeguards to protect against the loss and misuse of any customer information under RGRTA’s control. While we have implemented commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information that we collect and store, no data security safeguards are foolproof. Please be aware that the transmission of information over wireless networks is not inherently secure, and although we endeavor to provide reasonable security measures, no security systems can prevent all potential security breaches.
Sharing Your Information

RGRTA does not specifically target the RTS Mobile Application to children under 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13 you may use the RTS Mobile Application only with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
