Orleans Transit Service (OTS)

Orleans Transit Service (OTS) offers fixed route service in Albion and Medina Monday through Friday.

Countywide Demand Response

OTS offers countywide Demand Response or Dial-A-Ride service Monday through Friday for $3 each way. Reservations for Dial-A-Ride are required and MUST be scheduled at least 1 day before the ride. To schedule Dial-A-Ride service please call 585 589-0707.

Paratransit 

OTS offers accessible, curb-to-curb transportation to individuals with a disability who cannot travel to or from an OTS bus stop, or board, ride or disembark from the regular OTS bus for any reason. This service is offered along routes in Orleans County five days a week, and during the same hours that OTS operates. 

To reserve a ride on this service, you can call OTS at 585 589-0707 during the hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The reservations can be made as early as 3 days before the ride, and as late as 6:00 PM on the day before the ride.
